Mouse plasminogen total antigen assay ELISA kit

The sensitive measurement of total mouse plasminogen antigen is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. Mouse plasminogen binds capture antibody coated onto amicro titer plate. Plasminogen, plasmin, and plasmin in complex withalpha-2-antiplasmin will bind to the capture antibody. Polyclonal rabbitanti-mouse plasminogen primary antibody binds to the capturedplasminogen. Excess antibody is washed away, and bound polyclonalantibody is then reacted with the secondary antibody. TMB substrate isused for color development at 450 nm. All reagents and standards areprovided in these ELISA kits.
