Mouse Factor X total antigen assay ELISA kit

The sensitive measurement of total mouse factor X antigen is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. Mouse Factor X binds capture antibody coated on amicro titer plate. Factor X, Factor Xa, and Factor Xa in complex withinhibitors or cofactors will bind to the capture antibody. Polyclonal sheepanti-mouse factor X primary antibody binds to the capturedfactor X. Excess antibody is washed away, and bound polyclonalantibody is then reacted with the secondary antibody. TMB substrate isused for color development at 450 nm. All reagents and standards areprovided in these ELISA kits.
