Monoclonal anti t-PA antibody 2VPA, 500 g

IgM, half maximal binding to coated t-PA at 650 ng/mL high affinity, reaction with free t-PA and t-PA-PAI-1 complexes, no cross-reaction with urokinase. Directed against an epitope on the light chain of t-PA away from the active site. It stimulates plasminogen activation in the presence of CNBr fragments of fibrinogen and of plasminogen activation in the absence of CNBr fragments of fibrinogen.
