IgG1, positive reaction exclusively with Glu-Plasminogen, in immunoblotting experiments no reaction with Lys-Plasminogen, reaction with Plasmin-Alpha-2-Antiplasmin complexes only when Glu-forms are involved in complex formation. Half maximal binding to coated Glu-plasminogen at 6 ng/mL.
