HFXIIIa 1314 Human Factor XIIIaHuman Factor XIII is cleaved with human alpha thrombin. The thrombin is subsequently removed via chromatography. The above protein was purified from Human plasma that was tested and found negative by FDA accepted methods fro Anti-HIV1/2, Anti-HTLV I & II, HBsAg, Anti-HCV, Syphilis, ABC ab, HIV-1 p24 Ag or HIV-1 RNA, HCV RNA and HBV RNA. Donors are screened for CJD (Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease). Buffer composition = 50 mM Tris/ 100 mM NaCl/ 1 mM EDTA/ 10 u/mL aprotinin/ 50 uM DTT/50% glycerol/ pH 7.5*Extinction Coefficient (1%)=13.8Molecular Weight = 312,000 daltons
