Binds human factor X and Xa in solid-phase ELISA. In immunoblotting, binds factor X light chain. Bind 125I-labeled factor X. Does not bind bovine factor X. Binds factor X in presence of EDTA or CA2+. Prolongs plasma prothrombin time (PT) and APTT. Partially inhibits prothrombin activation in prothrombinase assay.
