Mouse Factor X, C-terminal 8x His tag

Recombinantly produced in HEK cell culture and purified by conventional and chelated metal affinity chromatography. Contains a 8X-Histidine tag at C terminus for purification. Fully activatable to FXa by Russells Viper Venom. Complements for Factor X in human deficient plasma clotting assays. Concentration is determined by absorbance at 280 nm using an extinction coefficient of 0.953 mg-1 ml-1.
