You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions about our terms or if you have any other questions.

Prices:

Nordic Diagnostica has the right to change the price list without notice. Normally it on our website. All prices exclude VAT.

Packaging and transportation are always included in the price. Delivered to the buyer’s stock DDP, except in Norway - where applicable condition DDU.

Terms of Payment

Payment of the invoice shall be made within 30 days of invoice date.

Warranty

According to the manufacturer’s conditions. Does not the product complies with the product information the customer is entitled to compensation.

Repurchase

Freezing supplies and goods made to order, are not repurchased. Other products that are bought back will be credited for 70 percent of invoice value, provided that everything is in intact condition.

Returns

If the item does not match the descriptions given can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of arrival. Always contact Nordic Diagnostica prior to returning forinformation on the practices.

Complaints

For shipping damage, the consignee shall be allowed to claim. It is best to do it directly to the driver on the day or to the carrier within 7 days of delivery. Always contact Nordic Diagnostica for support.
Obvious errors done by Nordic Diagnostica, such as wrongly supplied goods or workmanship, are presented directly to us within 7 days of delivery. Save all materials, includingpackaging and packing.
