HCII Human Heparin Cofactor (HCII)Prepared from fresh frozen human plasma. Heparin Cofactor II is a single chain glycoprotein with a MW of 65,600 daltons. HCII is a specific inhibitor of thrombin with increased activity in the presence of heparin.
