Binds recombinant human angiostatin and human plasminogen, specifically kringles 1-3, in solid-phase and solution-phase ELISA. Antibody binds only slightly to isolated plasminogen kringle fragment 1-4 and does not bind isolated fragment 4. It binds human plasminogen and recombinant angiostatin in immunoblotting techniques.
