Also localizes at the leading edge of migrating cells Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in lung, liver, pancreas, kidney, placenta and melanocytes. Weakly expressed in thyroid gland, ovary, brain, heart and skeletal muscle. Also expressed in erythroleukemia cells. But not expressed in colon.
