SelfMag Transfection Kits, based on the Magnetofection Technology, allow creating your own magnetic delivery system. The molecule of interest is covalently coupled by using the surface reactive carboxyl or amino groups of the magnetic nanoparticles. The resulting coupled magnetic nanoparticles are delivered intracellularly with a unique MagFectin reagent.Each kit contains magnetic nanoparticles (carboxy or amino-functionalized), coupling, washing and storage buffers, EDC coupling reagent, a MagID (magnetic device for buffer exchange and washing steps), a MagFectin delivery reagent and a super magnetic plate.
