CD5L produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single,glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 339 amino acids (22-352a.a.) andhaving a molecular mass of 37.6 kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear atapproximately 40-57kDa).
CD5L is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag atC-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
